The Career Center offers services like resume and cover letter preparation and interviewing strategies for students as they seek to obtain paid co-ops and internships related to their majors before graduation and post graduation employment. The Center also offers career counseling and job search assistance for both students and alumni and sponsors events including salary negotiation workshops etiquette dinners social networking workshops and a campus-wide employment fair. College President Fr. Kevin Mackin said that the location of the new Career Center will allow students more access to its services. “I’m really delighted about the location of the career center because we’re here really for the students and of course after four years of college education you are looking for a job and the career center is I really think in the middle of student traffic” he said.
